The ALT Board Nominees for 2025
There is three seats on the ALT Board up for election this year.

Lesley Dvorak
Lesley Dvorak became a fan of Ardmore Little Theater all the way back in 1989, when she participated in her first show, “The Unsinkable Molly Brown”. Since then, she has participated in over 20 shows on its stage, and has also served as a board member on two different occasions, serving the organization as President for 5 years during her first board tenure.
When not on stage, Lesley is the Executive Director for the Mercy Health Foundation in Ardmore. She has been married to her husband, Drew, for 21 years, and together they have one 15 year old son, Lleyton Eli.

Jenna Elmer
Jenna Elmer is a dedicated vocal music educator with a passion for theatre. She grew up in the Ardmore area, beginning her performance journey at the age of 4 with ALT. As a Dickson High School graduate and Oklahoma State University alumna, she began her journey as an educator at Oak Hall Episcopal School, but is now the middle and high school choir director at Dickson Public Schools. She also enjoys sharing her passion for theatre with her community at ALT through both performing and directing with ALT since 2021.

Sean Maher
Born and raised in Ardmore, Sean is no stranger to the stage, or to leadership roles. Sean’s first ALT experience was right out of college in Showboat, playing several small roles, followed by roles in “Annie Get Your Gun”, Neil Simon’s “Rumors” and the lead in “Damn Yankees”.
Career took Sean away from the stage for several years, but a change in career allowed him to resume participation over the last three ALT seasons. Last year he was appointed to the board of directors and has enjoyed taking part in decision making, hands-on work in the new “Joel’s scene shop” and being a trustee on ALT’s cottage as well as volunteering at shows and events.
He finds it very satisfying to be involved in such a great community and to give back to the people who have given him such rewarding opportunities.

Robb Newell
Robert Newell, CIO for the City of Ardmore, has many passions in life: family, cinematography, drone flying, theater lighting and design, education, and collecting certifications to add letters behind his name. After college, Robb began his film career with the Walt Disney Company in Film Production. It was behind the camera as a freelance cinematographer for 15 years that he truly was able to nurture and develop his creative talents. In an effort to spend less time away from his family, Robb left the film industry and began a second career in Information Technology. For over 20+ years, he has devoted his abilities to public sector IT. Robb is a published contributor to major IT publications. A lifelong learner, Robb is a Professor at Rutgers and Georgetown Universities. Robb joined ALT in 2017, where he was the technical director for Little Women. After designing lights for several productions, he was asked to serve on the Board of Directors for ALT has remained in that capacity for the past 6 years. After a 40-year acting hiatus, Robb rolled back onto the stage as Uncle Henry/Oz Guard in the Wizard of Oz in 2024. ALT is, one hundred percent, his second home and love.

Fran Parkhill
I am retired from all paying jobs (teacher, consultant, sales rep) but still working (volunteering, chauffeuring kids, cooking). I returned to Ardmore in 2020 to be near family and love it. I can’t sing, dance or perform but I love to cheer on those who can. It would be an honor to serve on the ALT Board.

Tisa Peevy
Tisa has been with ALT since 2010. Some of the shows she has been seen in is Hairspray, Smokey Joes Cafe and Spamalot. Tisa has been on the board for the last 3 years.

Lisa Riggle
Lisa Riggle first appeared on the ALT stage in 1972 in the children’s summer production of “Babes in Toyland”. Since then, she has been seen in several musical productions and most recently directed “The Addams Family”. Lisa enjoys spending time with her animals and boating on Lake Murray. She is wife to Randle, mother to Reece and Landon, and YaYa to Rori, Ronin and Leo

Eran Worsham
Eran Worsham has been involved with ALT for the past 15 years, with her first show being Cinderella (playing an ugly stepsister for the second time in her life) and her most recent show being M*A*S*H. She would like to thank her favorite people (her husband and 2 sons) for their unwavering support.
