Cheer the hero (Dick Dashing) and sigh for the lovely heroine (Elinore Elsinore) as they strive to foil the evil plans of the villainous (Hattie Hateful) and villain (Samuel Scrounge.) Hattie and Samuel plot to dupe Mrs. Gertrude Gotrocks out of her fortune. Their evil plan, of course, is foiled in the nick of time! The first act takes place in the Gotrock mansion. The second act (in the Two Act Version) moves to the “Blue Swan” dance hall and saloon for a gala evening of song and dance, including numerous colorful production numbers.
